Once the snow melts, western Maine trades skis for paddles. Spend a summer day on Bryant Pond swimming, paddling, fishing or simply slowing down by the water. For a little more adventure, head to the Androscoggin River for rafting and scenic floats, then return to Acorn Haus for a soak in the hot tub or an evening around the fire pit.

Bethel & Après-Ski
When the lifts stop spinning, head into Bethel for a change of pace. Wander the village, grab dinner or drinks, browse local shops, and settle in for a little après-ski before heading back to the Haus. It’s close enough for an easy night out, but Acorn Haus still feels tucked away when you return.
